Hello!

… thanks for visiting

Hi, I’m Sally, a mother who’s on the journey and a Certified GAPS Coach.  I know how tough it can be to face the challenges the autism spectrum can present—we’ve been there.  The daily struggles have been overwhelming at times and too often without the hope of any change.

Recovering Autism exists to change that by equipping and empowering you with practical solutions from firsthand experience.  I’ve seen incredible transformation, and there’s hope for you too.  Find out more about our story in a tiny book of testimony called The Journey and connect @_sallyrebekah.

    • Delicious, fresh out of the oven breakfast bars which only use dried fruit and mashed up banana as sugar.

They have homemade ghee, milk and eggs to hold them together and have worked a treat on my first attempt. I'll probably put some chopped walnuts and grated carrot in next time too.

Never made them before but my son is probably ready for something slightly different in the morning sometimes.
