Emotional Wellness

Emotional wellness can sometimes appear like a second class citizen in the hierarchy of what to prioritise when it comes to building up and maintaining good physical health.  I know I’ve been guilty of this in the past, but the truth is, emotions affect the physiology of the human body and how well it functions as much as anything else.

Providing the body with an environment where it can thrive and remain in a parasympathetic state of being, can require an intentional pursuit of a different lifestyle, and mean dealing with any unresolved emotions already sitting in the waters of each cell.  The question then becomes, how?

Everything in life carries a frequency, including every spoken word, and every emotion ever felt.  The good news is that higher vibrational frequencies have the potential to prevent and protect the body from all kinds of illnesses and diseases.

Negative emotions like anxiety, fear, stress, and rejection, carry a lower Hertz frequency and are proven to weaken different organs in the body.  The opposite is true for positive emotions like love, joy, and kindness, which carry a higher frequency and can therefore bring health and healing to the body again.

If this subject is new to you, I would suggest reading The Hidden Messages in Water by Masaru Emoto to understand the effects of frequency on water, and therefore the body’s too.  For practical methods around dealing with any underlying emotions that might be causing problems in the physiology of a person, I would highly recommend reading The Healing Code by Alexander Loyd and Ben Johnson.  It built up my hope by reading other people’s stories of physical health difficulties and the recovery that took place as a result of the healing code that was used.
